Police has finally received summons for former Kampala Central Police Station commander, Aaron Buguma.
Baguma was taken to court on murder charges but police has always held that they have never received his criminal summons.
Deputy police spokesperson Polly Namaye told the media on Monday morning that police had received summons for Baguma and they send him to court at an appropriate time.
Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) ordered Baguma to be produced to Buganda Road chief magistrates court on accusations of murder alongside other suspects who arrested and tortured a businesswoman, Donah Katushabe to death after she failed to pay a balance of Shs9m on a car she purchased in October last year.
