Justice Yasin Nyanzi has set 23rd August, 2017 as a date to hear businessman Matthew Kanyamunyu’s bail application.
Kanyamunyu, his brother Joseph Kanyamunyu and girlfriend Cynthia Munwangari are accused of murdering social worker Kenneth Akena.
Joseph and Cynthia were granted bail in the first bail application but Matthew Kanyamunyu was denied one.
Today’s attempt is the third time the businessman is applying for bail.
