Yesterday’s NBS TV Frontline show begun as any usual program but as it went on, it started to heat up as former ethics minister Miria Matembe clashed live on TV with Uganda Media Centre boss Ofwono Opondo.
It all started when Matembe brought up the incident which cited that Ofwono allocated himself wealth creation cows.
And in retaliation, Ofwono decided to reveal Matembe’s secret claiming that her husband slept with their house girl.
“You suffered similar things; people used to tell you that your husband slept with the house-girl. I hope it’s not true.” Said Ofwono.
After Ofwono disclosing the allegation, Matembe vowed to drag him to court unless he withdraw his statement.
“I’m going to court, don’t joke. You must withdraw that statement right now! I’m going to court,” Matembe lamented.
Meanwhile, Democratic Party President Norbert Mao condemned such act of going personal saying that there should be some hygiene on the show.
“ However much you disagree with somebody, going personal is not good. I accepted to be part of #NBSFrontLine because I wanted Ugandans to be informed. There should be hygiene on this show,”
