Cabinet Minister in charge of Kampala Beti Olive Namisango Kamya has said President Yoweri Museveni is a gift from God who should rule beyond 75 years.
Kamya’s comment comes at a moment when most NRM cadres are pushing for the amendment of article 102 of the constitution which aims at lifting the age limit.
Kamya called for the lifting of the age limit to enable Museveni rule beyond 75 years.
“Museveni is a gift from God who should rule beyond 75 years. She says age limit must be lifted,” said Kamya.
“Ugandans should be wise and push for constitutional amendment so that as long as God has given President Museveni strength to lead this country, he should continue,” she added.
