Police has arrested seven people following a scuffle between a police officer and one civilian at NRM office at Kasangati Resort Centre.
Some of the people arrested were had staged a protest claiming that inside the NRM offices there were already ticked ballot papers thus accusing the NRM of planning to rig votes.
