The Electoral Commission (EC) has provided toll free lines to handle any complaints concerning Kyadondo East By-election process.
According to EC Spokesperson, Jotham Taremwa, they have not registered such a complaint apart from only coming across Bobi Wine’s supporter a one Dr. wearing a card of a supervisor yet he was not on the list of the accredited to observe the process.
“I advised him that while he carried that card, he was not an observer and he understood. I believe those that Bobi Wine is referring to are in that category,” said Taremwa.
