Forum for Democratic Change (FDC)’s candidate Apollo Kantinti is not going to cast his vote in Kyadondo East By-election since he is not an eligible voter in the area.
According to Citizen’s Coalition for Electoral Democracy (CCEDU), Kantinti is not an eligible voter because his bio data was not transferred in his new village Kabubu.
Formerly Kantinti was a resident of Mukono Municipality and he is supposed to vote from there.
