Information reaching our desk indicates that all polling agents in Katadde parish belonging to Kyadondo East Parliamentary seat contender Kyagulanyi Sentamu alias Bobi Wine were arrested earlier today by police and Military.
According to Bobi Wine, they are being locked up in area chairman Mukiibi’s house.
“All my polling agents in Katadde parish have been rounded off and arrested by police and the military. They are all locked up in Chairman Mukiibi’s house right now,”
However, after being put under pressure by Bobi Wine camp, Police decided to release the agents a few minutes later without pressing any charge against them.
Apparently the by- election has started.
