Yesterday while delivering a budget speech at the Parliament of Uganda, president Yoweri Kaguta Museveni displayed Ugandan made clothes, shoes and sandals.
In a due process he decided to gift Arua Municipality Member of Parliament Ibrahim Abiriga with a pair of black sandals as away of appreciating him for being disciplined.
Abiriga who was very excited to receive a gift from his president said he is very happy for such a honour but the gift is black yet his favourite colour is yellow.
He promised to get a yellow paint to paint the black sandals.
