For long Ugandans have not been appreciated for their creativity on the international scene especially for our ‘great’ work of coming up with unique terms for various things like Rolex, Kikomando among others.
But at last we have got that one Luganda word (hopefully ) ‘boda boda’ we can boast of that it has made it big to an international book known as Oxford English Dictionary.
‘Boda boda’ was included in the famous English dictionary along with several swahili words.
Now when you the latest version of Oxford English Dictionary, you will be glad to locate the ‘kaword’.
What an achievement!!! I really love Uganda.
