Odrek Rwabwogo, a son-in-law to President Yoweri Museveni has expressed his disappointment in government authorities for neglecting an incredible asset like Portbell export and import Trade Centre.
Apparently, Portbell is in a very sorry state yet for long it has been a source of revenue to the government.
Rwabwogo wonders how the government could talk of doubling exports when it cannot even sustain the facility which could have made the dream come true.
“Visited Portbell export and import trade centre and I was deeply embarrassed and angry at the level of neglect of this incredible asset and yet we speak of doubling exports. We have some work to do as country to Marshall a single vision for growth and change,” He posted on his social media.
