We cannot deny the fact that Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) National Mobilizer Ingrid Turinawe is one of the most eloquent women in the party.
Tough talking Ingrid has mastered the art of mobilizing members for her defiant boss Dr. Kizza Besigye’s activism.
But the current question is, where did Ingrid go to since her East African Legislative Assembly failed bid early this year?
After her fruitless campaign to be voted among the nine EALA members to represent Uganda, it seems Ingrid was sent into silent mode or probably into hibernation.
We all remember how she was given a hostile reception by parliamentarians as a payback for allegedly calling them pigs.
During the EALA times in February, the FDC iron lady made headlines all over Uganda after being trounced and calling MPs ‘pigs’ once again. She claimed that she had exposed the real people who they really were.
Since then, Ingrid went off scene and we are wondering where she could be.
Should we say she decided to have a normal rest away from the tiresome Uganda politics or she was heartbroken after losing out in EALA and she is still nursing wounds?
Prior she used to sideline Dr. Kizza Besigye and whenever you saw the four time presidential candidate, it was very obvious that Ingrid was also in the building but now days it is totally a different story.
What could be tampering the ‘iron Lady’?
