The Senior Presidential Advisor and Manager at Office of the National Chairman (ONC), Hajjat Hadijah Namyalo Uzeiye, has donated a whooping Shs 5 million towards infrastructure development at Grace High School in Namavundu, Gayaza Wakiso District.

The Chief Muzzukulu made the donation during the official opening of the school’s newly constructed multipurpose hall named after European missionaries, Rev. Trevor and Ruth Stevenson, under their nonprofit organization, Ambassadors of Hope, which seeks to empower young people through education.

During the ceremony, attended by students, parents, and staff, Hajjat reaffirmed President Museveni’s commitment to fostering skills development, starting from early education through to vocational training. She emphasized the critical role of practical skills in combating unemployment and transforming students into future job creators.

“We as the office of the National Chairman of NRM, we are going to work hand in hand with you to ensure that your dreams come true. It’s unfortunate that we had limited time here due to the busy schedule, but I’ll return here very soon for a longer engagement with you on matters concerning skills development and Empowerment,” Hajjat Namyalo remarked.

“As a nation, we must focus on skills development right from the grassroots level in our schools to ensure that our youth are equipped to become job creators rather than job seekers,” she added.

The SPA applauded the founders of the school Mr Ray Barnett and Ms Robinah Lubwama for the thoughtful vision of looking ahead to establish an institution aimed at imparting skills and Christian virtues into the Ugandan learners.

Hajjat Namyalo urged the learners to stay focused and avoid being distracted by the desire for money and early fun that can often derail young people from their goals and or compromise their future success. She further asked the school director Mr Tony Mwebe to uphold the message amongst the students, especially the girl child.

“Please stay safe, abstain, and don’t allow yourselves to be swept away by the events and worldly pleasures around you,” she advised the students, encouraging them to maintain discipline and prioritize their studies as long-term success and stability can only come from hard work, perseverance, and making wise choices at a young age.

She further pledged to reach out to the President for more support to the school, and that on her second return, she will engage directly with the students and empower them with capital items designed to enable them to start their own ventures.

The Chief Muzzukulu concluded her speech with the endorsement of #MzeeTovaKuBallot2026 campaign, urging the school community to overwhelmingly vote for the President, who is undoubtedly coming back in the ballot in the next presidential elections.
