The State Minister for Labour, Employment and Industrial relations Herbert Kabafunzaki is today appearing in the Anti-Corruption Court following his arrest while taking a bribe from Hamid Muhammad, the proprietor of AYA Group.
Kabafunzaki was brought to court around 2:00pm before being held in a detention area and currently he is in court for formal reading of charges.
On Saturday, Kabafunzaki was netted red handed at Serena Hotel Kampala while taking a bribe after promising Hamid that he was going to clear his name from the sexual harassment allegations.
However, the minister said he was being framed by his enemies.
