It seems President Yoweri Museveni’s recent comment about Uganda Police highly left a big thorn in IGP Kale Kayihura’s heart.
During a night vigil for the late AIGP Felix Kaweesi, President Museveni ordered Kayihura to ‘clean up’ the police alleging that it was infiltrated with criminals.
Since then, Kayihura has been making tremendous changes in the force. He begun by reshuffling senior Traffic officers and once again the police boss has made more new changes.
Today morning, Kayihura has moved his Personal Assistants sending them to Human Resource department for redeployment.
The affected officers include Jonathan Baroza who has been Kayihura’s main liaison with other security agencies ,Immaculate Musimenta, Isaiah Igumira, David Sembera, Ambrose Rwanyonga and Emmanuel Ochamringa.
