They say when God opens doors for you no man can shut. Now days the Kawempe Lord Councilor Muhammad Segirinya is enjoying his life to the fullest.
Recently, Segirinya got a golden chance to travel outside Uganda by plane for the first time to Netherlands, not even a month past; Segirinya has already boarded another plane to United Arabs Emirates.
Unlike some politicians, Segirinya has positively used his trip to UAE for a greater cause. Today he visited different police stations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi in search for Ugandans who are rotting in these police Cells.
Apparently his committed Leadership to rescue fellow citizens that were abandoned by Ambassadors and Government officials is a challenge to Ugandan Authorities.
