Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) National Mobilizer, Ingrid Turinawe has denied to have called MPs pigs.
Ingrid who has been one of the East African Legislative Assembly (EALA), yesterday was blocked by MPs to give a campaign speech on allegations that she is bad behaved since she called them pigs.
According to Ingrid, she has never at any time called MPs pigs citing that Kampala Central MP, Muhammad Nsereko was among the MPs who instigated the whole ‘MPigs’ propaganda even without proof.
While appearing on NBS TV’s Topical Discussion show, FDC iron lady further stated, concerning yesterday’s scenario whereby many media houses reported that she said ‘a pig is a pig’, Ingrid still declines the allegation saying she just said ‘big is big whereby she was referring to herself.
“I said big is big and I was referring to myself. Throughout this campaign, I was the most popular candidate. MPs will miss me,” Ingrid said.
