Singer Kalifah Aganaga is reportedly in fear after breaching copyrights and may soon face jail or refund the cash which was invested in the production of a song known as ‘Njagala yiyo’.
Recently, a South Africa based Ugandan socialite Tiana, paid Kalifah a sum of shs5 million to compose for her the song ‘Njagala yiyo’ but Tina flew back to South Africa, the singer’s manager, Emma Carlos decided to bring singer Phina Masanyalaze on board to remix the song without the owner’s consent.
Now Tiana who is a model, has threatened to take legal action against the three.
