There’s a saying which states “The person who doesn’t know where his next dollar is coming from usually doesn’t know where his last dollar went.”
Now the NRM Electoral Commission chairperson, Tanga Odoi has just distanced himself from such cheap talk.
Odoi has just proved that he knows where his next dollar is going to be coming from since he has decided to open up money generating four storied building in Kisasi.
He has named his multi-billion commercial building, ‘The Village’.
Special thanks goes to President Yoweri Museveni who threw Odoi in things. Ever since he was appointed NRM Electoral Commission boss, life has never been the same.
