Makerere University’s four day graduation Ceremony has commenced today.
Over 14,895 students are set to graduate yet 30 students to miss out after their names were removed from the 67th graduation list.
The office of the registrar found that several Masters and Bachelor’s Degree students had been ‘illegally’ added into the graduation list thus their names being scrapped off the list.
The affected colleges include; the College of Computing and Information Sciences (CoCIS) and College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences (CAES).
260 students to be awarded with first class degrees and 75 graduands to receive PhDs.
