The president of the Federation of Uganda Football Association (Fufa) Moses Magogo has promised to pay former Uganda Cranes coach Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredojevic’s debt.

According to URN, Magogo revealed that the association is not running away from Micho’s debt thus promising to pay the money in the near future.

“We are not running away from the fact that we have Sredojevic’s debt of shs194 million (US$54,000) and it will be paid when we get the money,”

This comes after Micho threatening to have Uganda expelled from the 2018 World Cup qualifiers if his arrears are not settled.

Micho, now at South African Premier League side, Orlando Pirates, quit the Cranes job last month sighting non-payment for a period of four months.
