Uganda Cranes head coach, Milutin Sredojevic Micho has attributed Cranes early exit from the African Cup of Nations to inexperience.
While addressing the press on Saturday after Uganda’s loss against Egypt, Micho asserted that Uganda has been away for so long and whatever the players experienced was a new learning to them.
“You must remember that Uganda has been away for so long and whatever they (players) are experiencing is something like a new learning at the highest level of the game in Africa.”
“We lost to both teams but these AFCON games will help us prepare for the World Cup qualifiers because Egypt is not what they once were and Ghana is a familiar opponent.”
Cranes dream to advance to a next stage was shuttered by Abdallah El-Said goal scored two minutes to full-time when it was playing against Egypt.
