Kyadondo East parliamentary seat By- election is likely to be ‘a clash of the titans’ since all the aspiring candidates are proving to be more serious than ever as a way of securing support from the outstanding players in the political field.

First it was singer Bobi Wine who paid a visit to sick Mukono Municipality MP Betty Nambooze. They discussed a lot of things as far as the by-election is concerned and the singer assured the Buganda DP Vice chairperson that he was willing to back any opposition candidate who will prove to be better than him.

During his visit, Bobi Wine came along with a chicken, and bananas.

Now today, Forum for Democratic Change (FDC)’s Apollo Kantinti who was recently kicked out of parliament has decided to borrow leaf from Bobi Wine thus visiting Nambooze at her home in Mukono.

Like the self proclaimed singer, Kantinti also carried with him a chicken for the sick legislator.

Should we say that, a chicken is the new trick of begging for support?
