Although pork is somehow expensive, many Ugandan consumers don’t care about the price, atleast they better fail to pay their landlords than miss the delicacy.
Ugandans’ appetite for pork has made them become the biggest consumers of pork in Africa. This has been disclosed by Dr Ben Lukuyu, the Uganda Country Representative of the
International Livestock Research Institute.
