Police has beefed security at Namboole stadium ahead of Uganda Cranes match which is scheduled to take place today at 4pm.

The Uganda Cranes are taking on Congo Brazzaville in the 2018 world cup qualifiers.

Deputy spokesperson of Kampala metropolitan police(KMP), Paul Kangave says they are have already deployed security personnels inside and outside the venue to ensure security. He also cautions anyone with plans to distract the match not to risk going to Namboole stadium.

“We have already covered the place, we have deployed our men and as police we ensure you of maximum security, ” says Kangave.
